Dining Choices

The Copper King Hotel and Convention Center has full service food and beverage choices, morning, noon and night.

The Columbia Garden Cafe is open from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and serves a variety of breakfast and lunch choices. Enjoy the Stuffed Pork Chop Breakfast, or try one of the daily luncheon specials.

For dinner, enjoy a great selection at the Copper King Dining Room, including Prime Rib, steaks, and delicious pastas presented in casual elegance.

And at the end of your day relax at the Mineshaft Lounge where you can enjoy your favorite beverages or the local Micro-brews. Open from 2:00 p.m. until closing on weekdays and 12:00 p.m. until closing on Saturday's and Sunday's.
